A growing Investment management specialising in real estate investments are looking to welcome a Financial Accountant into their team. This role sits within their Corporate Finance team, and they will be reporting into the Director.
  
This is the perfect role for a newly qualified accountant who is highly driven and wants to join a growing investment management and play a key part in their growth.

Your Role:

• Be responsible for assisting with the preparation of the monthly management accounts
• Responsible for providing the monthly and annual cost analysis for various expense line items
• Preparing the monthly cash flow reporting
• Maintain and develop forecast models
• Will be regularly managing and communicating with internal and external stakeholders

  
Your Skills & Qualifications:

• Be a recently qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA Equivalent)
• Have at least 3 years’ experience of working in an audit of a financial reporting focused role
• Have strong communication skills, can meet deadlines and is eager to learn
• Must be proficient in Microsoft excel

  
They are looking to offer the successful candidate between £60,000 - £65,000 with great bonus’ and benefits.
