This is a varied role providing exposure to several key workstreams and a great opportunity to develop a broad skill set, with responsibility for a range of internal management and external financial reporting functions and involvement in the day-to-day operations of the business. The role is highly commercial and involves lots of interaction with the deal teams, senior internal management, and numerous external stakeholders.
The company are offering up to £80,000 - £100,000 + great bonus’ + brilliant benefits package to the successful candidate.
Your Role - Reviewing the quarterly management accounts and reporting the financial information to clients
- Reviewing the annual statutory fund accounts and liaising with external auditors
- Manage the Fund Accountants and Administrator to ensure the financial reporting and controls are achieved to a high standard
- Supporting the deal teams with investment transactions
- Reviewing the fund performance data as required by investors
Your Skills & Qualifications: - Be a qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA Qualified)
- Have 3- 5 years of Fund Accounting experience
- Experience with private debt valuations is desirable
- Having a private equity background is desirable
- Have strong knowledge of Excel
