• Interim Head of Commercial Finance
• 6 month FTC
• Salary: £110,000 - £130,000 per annum
• You will need to start in July 2025 or, at the latest, the first week of August 2025.
• Hybrid: 3 days in the Central London office

You will lead the Commercial Finance team in this Real Estate business for a 6 month contract with hybrid working at it's Central London office. Your role will have a focus on managing the existing team during a transition period and being hands on and into the detail with the numbers.
 
As the Interim Head of Commercial Finance, you will build trusting relationships with the senior leadership team and wider business, bringing expertise and influencing financial decisions through analysis and constructive challenge.
 
Your role
You will managing periodic reporting, business planning, forecasting and engaging with strategic partners. The role is complex and has systems and process challenges.

• Lead monthly reporting, forecasting and budgeting
• Deliver clear, insightful analysis on business performance to support future value delivery,
• Presenting results and analysis
• Build value-add analysis to support key commercial decisions
• Providing deep commercial insight
• Drive focus on effective business planning
• Lead on all business reporting and forecasting
• Challenge inputs and scenario modelling
• Management for a mid-size team

Skills and Experience
You must be a Qualified Accountant with FP&A and Commercial experience in a leadership role.
Team management will be key and therefore you will need to understand how the team operates quickly and during a short handover at the start of the contract. Real estate/Property background is a must.
 
This is a senior and hands on position. You need to be well experienced to join and master the role quickly.
