About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Financial Analysis Manager to lead a small team within a dynamic Financial Planning & Analysis function. Working for a leading UK charity dedicated to tackling housing issues and homelessness, this role is pivotal in delivering strategic financial insight, managing budgeting and forecasting cycles, and driving improvements in reporting processes and systems.
  
Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Financial Analysis team, fostering a coaching culture.
• Produce expert financial analysis and insight to support strategic decision-making.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting cycles in collaboration with senior leadership.
• Oversee monthly reporting processes and enhance financial systems for better user experience.
• Ensure accurate reporting for external funders and internal stakeholders.
• Support financial management of restricted projects and review funding bids.
• Engage in business partnering with senior leaders as required.

  
About You

• Qualified accountant (CCAB, CIMA or equivalent).
• Proven experience in team leadership and development.
• Strong time management and ability to prioritise in changing circumstances.
• Skilled in producing financial reports for diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent attention to detail, numeracy, and intermediate Excel skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with financial planning software desirable.
