About the Company A growing professional services firm are seeking a Interim FC for initially 6
months to review the finance team structure, processes and implement a
robust budget. You’ll be part of the senior leadership team and be able to make a tangible impact so finance is ready for future growth.
This position requires 5 days a week in the Central London office -based in the City. Please only apply if you are seeking an on-site role.
Responsibilities - Prepare comprehensive budgets and conduct in-depth analysis of financial statements to support strategic decision-making.
- Strengthening cash flow control and balance sheet discipline.
- Implement budgets across departments, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
- Deliver management accounts.
- Prepare management dashboards.
- Ensure clarity of financial processes and follow-up where needed.
- Review existing finance process and identify opportunities to improve them and enhance systems and processes where appropriate.
- Finance department resource review and proposed changes to structure.
- Business partnering internally and externally for contract renewals.
- Growth and acquisitions modelling.
Qualifications You will need to be a Qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA or equivalent).
Required Skills - Post-qualified experience as a Financial Controller.
- Experience managing a small team, budgeting, management accounts and financial reporting.
- Commercially strong with a solid grounding in accountancy.
- The ability to question and challenge information in a collaborative way

Pay range and compensation package £500 - £600 per day (inside IR35).
